2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started and you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to technical limitations on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom AI model training costs.
  • Third-party API fees incurred during development.
  • Completed project milestones that have been signed off.
  • Consultation fees.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@synfro.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Project Satisfaction

We are committed to your success. If you are not satisfied with our delivery, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement to ensure the final product meets your requirements.
